Line overlapping....Grethe
« on: February 28, 2017, 06:30:08 AM »
I have some problems with lines in the panda drawing (CH015). As you can see the body (the blue) is far back and hands in front, but the line from the body is showing OVER the hand. I can't find out how to avoid this.

it looks like it is on top but it is not on top
the body line shows  because the arm has no fill
if you select the arm and fill it with a colour like blue you will  no longer see the body line

even though the blue selection line LOOKS like it is over the arm line...it is not it is under

try filling the arm and you will see that body line disappear ..

This is a good example of why I always work with a gray color fill while constructing something.  I've been caught by that problem in the past myself but no more!   :dancegirl: :dancegirl: :dancegirl:

Sue, I use a number of different gray colors while creating something, then I save it for future use, then colorize it using a different file name.  This lets me always go back to my original.
