How to use the Image Filter in AP.

1. Create a Shape with the Pen Tool (or use a Preset Shape)
2. Right-Click on the Shape and select Rasterise.
3. Activate the Layer by clicking on both the CTL key and Shape Layer together to get the marching ants.
4. From the Menu click on Filters and scroll down to the Apply Image Filter
5. When the Dialogue box opens select Load Source from File and search for your image.

et voilą

If the image does not show after loading Source file, then right click and Rasterise again (either by Right-clicking on the Image or the Layer in the Palette) and the image should appear.
Customise your result as you wish by applying Filters, Adjustments, Strokes etc  in the usual manner.
My examples are using the Tear drop Preset shape and the upside M Shape roughly drawn with the Pen tool. I added a Vignete. and Vignette added.

Tomorrow is another 'stay at home' day. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity whilst we have it.

Pleasure Linda. My examples were quickly done. I am sure with a little more spent the outcomes could be great.
