Watermark help. please...grethe
« on: March 11, 2017, 08:10:03 AM »
I just can't get the brush to work. I made it large enough, saved as png and imported as New Brush image. But the watermark do not show up when trying it on a photo. Why not?? I tried to make a prtscr but it didn't show the outline of the brush (I can see that).

you must click and drag the brush a little for the watermark to show
if you click only ...it will not work even though you see the outline you must drag a tiny amount

hope thats it.

Maybe I had the same problem with the watermark brush. Had to play with different layer modes for the brush layer in order to see something.
In the end I imported the png once again as a brush, but this time left the mode to "normal", and played with modes later on the layer, where I had stamped my brush to ...

The vimeo version is really better - there one sees what one is doing.

Yes, drag the brush slightly Grethe as Teejay said (thanks Teejay). Changing the Blends give some interesting results too.

Update: I only needed to stamp one time on the photo layer...wouldn't work on the New Layer though, had to drag the brush.
