Took this as a weekend project and finished up late last night.  A tutorial by one of my favorites, Nataliya Dolotko.  Although I am a huge fan of her style of creating I did my own touches, of course, to make it mine.  The tutorial is HERE

Excellent information here. I find copying and pasting tips into a Word doc and placing it in my AD folder helps.
