Ends of the "3D" lines
« on: February 21, 2019, 09:08:15 AM »
You can simulate the "3D" effect on a line by applying a brush to it, but if you prefer to apply a real "3D" effect, its ends are flattened.
Here is a way to keep the ends of the line in relief.
I hope that this will be useful to you and also that you will be indulgent with me, this is the first time I have started writing a "mini-tutorial".
Feel free to tell me if anything is unclear or wrong, thank you!

Thanks Rege. It works!  :jumper:
It is clear to me, but not sure it would be for a newbi??

Grethe, I hope it will be understandable for beginners, it is still for them that this mini tutorial is aimed at! After that, I may not be a good enough pedagogue!
I had made a video, but I know that many people, like me, don't really like video tutos.
I'll see if there are any questions or even reproaches!

I have followed your directions, Rege, and obtained the desired result!

Thank you for sharing your method with us.

Now if I can just remember to consult your tutorial next time I need this.
