importing af.brushes...Grethe

We got some marvellous mushrooms from Teejay. And they imported fine in Designer. But in Photo I got problems. Photo says it is imported, but the items do not show.
Of course I could convert them to .png, but really, Is that necessary?

I didn't download these brushes but if they are displayed in Designer Persona from Designer they are vectorial and won't work in Photo which doesn't support this type of brush.

You have the option to place the brush in large size on a transparent background in Designer and create with an image brush that you can then use in Photo.

That is what I thought too. Thanks for your replies, Rege!

You can export a slice with the brush and create the brush directly in Photo from this slice.

In Designer, use Teejay's brush to draw a large mushroom on a transparent background.
Then go to Export Persona, take "Slice Tool" and pass it around the mushroom.
In the "Slices" tab of the studio, select the slice and export it by clicking on the small button on the right.
Then, in Photo, create a "New Image Brush" with the slice you exported.

Redo the operation for all the mushrooms. It would be possible to do them all by creating as many slices as there are mushrooms and export the whole thing at once but I don't know if the resolution would be enough if the drawings are small, that's why I don't like non-vector programs.
